Worked as, a project Lead for migration of the on-premise environment along with the projects to Microfocus SaaS solutions. Previously Lead the project team of HP Tools Upgrade and Migration task and also configured everything on on -premise without any vendor help.
Creating Project, users, assigning user permission based on their roles.

? Project Migration from one version to another. Version upgrade, patch upgrade.
? Have taken part in Weekly and daily status call with Business stakeholders.
? Resolving day to day user issue and document the resolution properly as a knowledge document which can be used in future.
? Generate Custom Excel report using OTA to extract QC entities as per user request.
? Currently working with Microfocus to move on premise Performance Center and Quality Center projects and infrastructure to Cloud as SaaS Solution.
? Upgrading the existing LG’s to the required version and involved in all Tool and as well as third party software end to end testing.
? Working in SiteScope installation and integrate with Performance Center.
? Creating the Workflow code for the Requirements Test Management and Defect Modules.
? customizing different modules Requirements, Test Plan, Test Lab, Defects project entities, various troubleshooting steps etc.
? Creating and Executing Operational Qualification documents in the staging environment to ensure the correctness of upgrade as per the System Test Plan and System Test Cases.
? Interaction with HP support in handling issues related to Quality Center.
? Managing Servers and performing operational task like monitoring of logs, archival and recovery of QC/PC projects.
