I have skills in appointment setting, managing emails, Meeting Excel requirements, Data Entry, managing chat & Email at Zopim Live chat, Repetitive tasks, Magento, Wordpress and Salesforce.
I have worked with many clients across the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. I have successfully completed projects involving posting newsletters in Wordpress, Managing accounts in Salesforce, Uploading and updating products in Magento. I have developed specific excel sheets such as customized budget sheets, work management sheet etc. I have also added workouts in the specific software given, done general web research etc.
