I have been working in the BPO industry for almost 6 months. I have handled Target and PayPal

A highly motivated and experienced Costumer Service Representative, currently looking to resume my professional career after spending 6 months in our province with my son. Excellent admin skills, flexible can work on anytime of the day, as well as proficiency in financial accounts. I worked for Target 2nd largest retail store in the U.S as a customer service representative for 6 months assisting customers regarding problems about the Target Account and Cards, I check their balance, update their address, add/remove authorized users, send Target credit/debit cards and assist customers on why their cards are not working in the store. After that I was transferred to PayPal the same with Target I assist customers regarding their PayPal account. Updating financial information (cards,saving/checking accounts), file dispute cases, check the customers transactions, and making sure that the account is safe and only the account holder is able to use his/her account
