BIO – Kerri Brock
Kerri is an active social marketer running her small freelance firm Splash Concepts. She has extensive experience in social innovation, corporate social responsibility, not-for-profit management, fundraising, and organizational development. She works with clients using a variety of systems and design thinking modalities to create and implement effective social marketing strategies and programs that engage customers, donors and employees across multiple channels to deliver social impact for all stakeholders.
Kerri’s social innovation achievements include working with a team of dynamic women to establish organizational strategies, launch new social programs, and re-build the Board of Directors in her Co-Chair role with Women’s Healthy Environments Network. She initiated and co-led the creation of an employee eco-team to establish a sustainable strategy as an executive priority within the Air Miles Reward Program, leveraging social marketing methodologies. She continues to drive social innovation and intrapreneurship through her work with AirMiles Reward Program.
Kerri earned a Sales & Marketing Degree from Sheridan College and in 2004 she expanded her marketing degree with a Community Based Social Marketing certification through University of Toronto. An active learner, she is currently pursuing an Organizational Leadership Certificate from Ryerson, as well as certification from the International Futures Forum for Integrated Design Thinking and H3 Uni facilitations.
She is an active member of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association, H3 Uni, and a committed social and environmental activist”. A recent empty nester her revived interests include poetry, scuba diving, travelling, and writing.
