Spworks is a Design Consultancy firm, located in Saint Lucia. The managing directors have extensive knowledge in the construction field in both design and implementation. Our architectural design capabilities span from residential, commercial, institutional, and healthcare designs (hospitals and two health centers). Others include structural engineering for residential buildings, pools, MEP designs, cost estimation, tender documentation, and project management. We have managed one medical laboratory estimated valued at 3.0 million Euro, two schools at 7.0 million EC, one community center at 7.0 million, and over 15 residential buildings, all of which were exclusively involved in the designs through handing over.
