Job Profile:
Responsible & Accountable to the District Project Director, Chittoor Dist.,
Coordinate with the 8 Municipalities in District for online updation and consolidation of Housing beneficers data.
Coordinate with the Bankers and conduct timely meetings for sanctioning the Housing Loans to the eligible beneficers.
Maintain Excel Reports at ULB level, District level and Bank Level Reports and submit to the State officials.
Maintain accurate data equally in online and offline.
Create new excel formats for maintaining accurate data.
Update and communicate to the higher officials on the district status at the time of regular reviews.
Follow and implement the new guidelines, received from the state officials.
Conduct awareness programmes to the ULB level Resource persons on the PMAY Housing scheme.
