I am an HR Expert having eight years of international experience in HR administration and secretarial works. I have started my career in 2012 as Official Private Secretary at National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Government of India on contract basis . After completion of my government office tenure in 2015, I have moved to Qatar where I worked as Head HR of educational group. Currently I am HR Manager at Garden City University in India.

As an HR expert I focused on determination, courage and passion. As academic qualification is equally important for becoming a successful HR professional, I have to my credit an MBA specialized in Human Resource Management and PGDM in International Business. My key areas are : HR recruitment and training, Personnel Management, Performance Management, HR administration works, Employee welfare, secretarial works. I have good typing skills and knowledge in MS Office which I considered as an added advantage for me.
