Hello! I’m Sreelakshmi U, a passionate freelance teacher dedicated to empowering students through personalized and engaging learning experiences. With a background in Civil Engineering, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to fostering educational growth and curiosity.

I have three years of teaching experience in Civil Engineering at a reputed college. My key responsibilities included teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, and Sustainable Engineering. I also supervised and mentored students on their research projects and theses.

I believe that every student has the potential to succeed and am committed to helping them discover their unique strengths. I tailor my teaching approach to meet each student’s needs, ensuring they receive the support and guidance necessary to thrive. I create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and respected.

In my free time, I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and trying out new recipes and cuisines. Practicing yoga helps me maintain balance and mindfulness, which I incorporate into my teaching to support students’ well-being.

Work Terms

I am available for tutoring sessions from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.I understand that each student has unique needs, so I offer flexible scheduling options, including weekend sessions upon request. Each session typically lasts between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the student's requirements. Tutoring sessions are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or other preferred video conferencing platforms to ensure an interactive and effective learning experience.
