I offer therapy online in artistic ways including watercolor painting, knitting and creative journaling

20 years of work experience as Life skills /Alternative Curriculum & Pedagogy Design /Teacher Trainer /Special Needs / Meditative Arts based Therapy/ Certified Yoga Teacher /Indian Classical Dancer(Odissi)

Work Terms

1 session is for 3 days starting with a zoom session of 40 mins.
Followed by the flow described in the zoom session on WhatsApp.
We close on 3rd day with a short zoom session with a "Plan of Action" for post session practice.
