I am Srijan Singh and i am a game designer and developer. I am also working on some architecture projects since unity 3d is offering nice rendering features. my key elements/ software are:
3ds max for modeling, light baking.
Photoshop for texturing and UI elements.
Unity 3d for development.

Work Terms

Games:
1. GDD should be finalize first.
2. feedback points are welcome, but apart from GDD (Extra points) might cost you
extra.
3. After the Game release/final submission i will provide you 20 days of free
services.

Architecture Design:
1. Please provide me drawing (CAD,DWG) files for more clarity.
2. Interactive Build (Android build) may be lag depending on your phone. proformance
