? Experienced in institutionalizing best practices and quality standards in Product based environment for more than 13 Years varying from startups, medium and large organizations.
? Defining and executing the E2E test strategy considering all levels of testing to gate the quality towards the releases, across Client-server, Web and Mobile applications.
? Good at defining Agile/SCRUM process, quality metrics and ensuring adherence/compliance for the same throughout projects.
? Proficient in Managing, Leading, Motivating individuals to maximize productivity; Accomplishes quality assurance human resource objective by recruiting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and disciplining employees; Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and review job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
? Exposure to on-site Project implementation, working with Users/Clients, and in-depth understanding of on-site/offsite/offshore delivery models.
? Proficiency in Design and Development of cross-functional Automation Framework using Selenium Web Driver (GUI) and Rest Assured (API) for Web and Mobile applications.
? Automate GUI tests using Selenium Web-driver with TestNG, API/Web Services tests using Rest-assured with TestNG using related technologies like Java, Log4j for logging, Maven/Grunt build tool, GIT repository, Dockerization and Jenkins for continuous Integration (CI).
? Experience in Web Service Testing and Performance testing of applications using JMeter & SOAP.
? Possess excellent articulation and analytical skills, adaptable, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, strategic and conceptual.

Work Terms

8 Hours daily, will make myself available on mobile, skype and email.
