My name name is Srinivasan Parthasarathy from India, Tamil Nadu, Chennai. I have around 10 plus years of IT experience as Desktop support engineer and Infrastructure support. Started my carrier as application support engineer with Byzan systems private limited. Where i had experience with troubleshooting issues related to applications and hardware issues through desk visit. Supported more than 300 users in a shift. Also providing test results to developing team during phase of migration of applications from one version to another version. After gaining 2 years of experience got an opportunity to work with Maersk Global Services for the project call Maerskoil and Gas. Here i got rich experience in assisting users through remotely and handling incident and request as per SLA and also had rich experience working in active directory. I am expertise in user administration tasks like user creation, user move. mailbox migration from one database to another database. As a credit for my performance, i was selected for onsite project (Qatar Carve Out project). Were i was involved in IT transition as one among the 7 member team and with good team handling skills, technical skills we as a team were able to achieve the targets in time. Which resulted in smooth IT transition for the project.Got a reward of 50000 INR as gift for as a token of showcasing my excellence in performance and for assisting user without any glitch during the transition . Currently got an opportunity to work with AK&S Associate who outsourced me as a contractor to Techmahindra for their client SPXFLOW. Even though i work as remote desktop engineer with this company. i do involve in client coordination and vendor coordination apart from my technical activities and have also taken additional responsibilities due to my current team lead has moved to another project.
