Investigation and design of customized airfoils for low speed vertical axis wind turbines(6 months)
This project intends to tap maximum energy by an optimised design of customized NACA 4-digit airfoils which are widely used in VAWT adapting it to variable wind speed region with the trending smart blade technology using Xfoil,CATIA and MATLAB.
2.Kinetic energy recovery system in a bicycle.(3 months)
The ultimate goal of this project is to recover the energy lost during conventional braking which can be stored in springs and to harness the recovered energy to give additional boost to the bicycle using gear arrangements and thereby making bicycle further morelooking for an patent soon.
3.“ An analysis on the Production of seamless rocket tubes by flow forming “ in Bharat dynamics Limited (Ministry of Defense),Kanchanbagh,Hyderabad.. (1 month)
This project deals with the analysis of experimental results on SAE 4130 Pinaka tubes with the effect of process parameters on mean diameter,thickness,hardness,ovality,surface finish variation on LEIFEILD WEST GERMANY flow forming machine and optimal solutions are finalised .
4. Investigation on the implementation of Electronic Cruise control system in Bikes.
(1 month)This project intends to investigate the necessary arrangements and adaptations to implement the Electrionic cruise control system in a bike to sense throttle valve position, brake,temperature, fuel using sensors by an electronic control module in a bike.

Work Terms

3 HRS PER DAY AND HAVING VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL TO EXPLORE WITHOUT ANY DRAWBACKS AT THE RATE OF MIN $15 per hour.
