Writing about daily life issues and solving mental health through spirituality

I work as HR professional .Since childhood I was inclined towards the spirituality and exploring the life problems. I myself had faced challenges in life and I have not only overcome it I helped others too.
I have also posted a few Spiritual contents in my FB page citing the use of our ancient Hindu scriptures in our current world. I also make posts on various spiritual channels channels in you tube
