I AM A SHEET METAL DESIGNER HAVING 14 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE

14 years of experience in Sheet Metal Design of Racks & panels
Hi,
I am S.S.REHMAN ,mechanical Engineer by Profession

I have a Consistent Experience of 14 years in a SHEET METAL IT/TELECOM & ELECTRICAL PANEL MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY,by working as "DESIGN MANGER"

My cad journey started when I was in the Final year my of engineering,when I learned AutoCAD & PRO/E in the year 2003.
I had completed My "B.E-MECHANICAL" in year 2003 & then I joined CADD CENTRE as CAD Trainer & also as CAD designer.
After gaining one & half-year Experience, I switched to a Mechanical Sheet Metal Industry for gaining Practical exposure of those parts which I design.
so,since year 2005 I have been working in he field of SHEET METAL design of RACKS , CABINETS & PANELS.

In the Present company where I work, I am responsible for Design & development of Sheet Metal Racks & Panels using Software AutoCAD & PRO/E.

I do both types of design work i.e
a) as per drawing given by customer & making its development drawings or say falt pattern that will go for CNC punching
b) as per inputs/specs given by customer & designing the rack or panel accordingly

here's a brief summary that describes what I do as far as sheet metal designing is concerned:

•To work on Projects of different companies, starting with B.O.M making followed by study of especial C.N.C tool requirements, outsourcing hardwares or accessories then finally making the development drawing.

•Design & Develop Panels, Racks & Cabinets both for IT/TELECOM & ELECTRICAL sector,like:-
19”& ETSI Server rack,Networking rack,Wall mount cabinet, Outdoor
Cabinet (IP54 , IP55 , IP65 , IP66 & IP67), DOUBLE WALL OUTDOOR
CABINET,Junction boxes(IP66 & IP67),LT- Panels, RTU panel, RELAY
panel, CONTROL panel, SIMPLEX panel, DUPLEX panel,SWING FRAME
PANEL & CONTROL DESK(Both Straight & tapered type) etc,taking care
of it’s Practical Feasibility i.e proper CNC Punching, accurate bending,Strength,
welding & Correct Fitment and alignment.

Work Terms

I can work 2 hrs per day in evening,after leaving my office at 6 pm.for payment I would prefer EFT METHOD or through paypal
