I am a cookbook author, pastry chef, caterer, bakery owner, blogger, recipe developer and recipe tester. I specialize in sugar-free desserts, but am trained in savory foods as well as sugar-added desserts.

My work has appeared in Better Homes and Gardens' magazine, Diabetic Living; in the American Diabetes Association's magazine, Diabetes Forecast; in HealthCentral's online magazine, etc.
