Providing customer service with care.
Since my adult life, I can say that I have been doing Customer Service for many years, I take pride in ensuring that the level of service I offer to people within my own country, and abroad has been exceptional. I am a team player and I ensure that my dedication to my work, proves satisfactory, and the evidence will be what my employer (s) receive and accept. I recently ended my tenure at Conduent Jamaica, of which I worked as a Senior Customer Care Agent; this was due to the department no longer existed within the company that hired me.
I offer the skills and competencies of active listening, communication skills, filing, customer service, emotional intelligence, reliability, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and most of all teamwork.
I strive in becoming a valuable asset to any organization/individual, for any role that is assigned to me.

I am looking to work less than 30 hours Mondays-Fridays.
