I spent several years in the automotive industry, holding various positions, from sales consultant to sales manager and eCommerce director for some of the biggest dealerships in the country. During that time, I was also responsible for saving an underperforming dealership from chaos with their customer service index (CSI) in both sales and service departments, which resulted in their qualification for the president's award!
Taking all of those experiences, I went on the road and built Dealer eTraining. Dealer eTraining specializes in building, coaching, and improving sales teams (Internet/BDC/Showroom) with a modern retail approach. Using forward-thinking consultative selling strategies, we help automotive dealerships, and retail businesses increase sales volume and profitability.
Having had the opportunity to manage an independent store with both variable and fixed operations departments, I took an underperforming store from selling less than ten units per month to over seventy while growing the service department to six figures in gross profit as well.
I have written for numerous automotive publications and blogs, such as Dealer Marketing magazine, Digital Dealer, Automotive Digital Marketing, DealerElite, and Driving Sales. I am also a public speaker, presenting strategies for various industries, including automotive, sales, marketing, and reputation management.
