Payment Terms
Hourly Rate: $ 2
Fixed-Price Projects: Payment based on milestones as agreed upon with the client.
Payment Methods: Payments to be made through Guru’s SafePay system to ensure security and transparency for both parties.
Invoicing: Invoices will be generated upon completion of each milestone or at the end of the project, depending on the agreement.
Availability
Working Hours: Available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (EAT). Open to flexible working hours depending on the project's requirements.
Communication: Preferred communication methods include Guru’s messaging system, email, and video calls (Zoom, Skype).
Response Time: I aim to respond to messages and emails within 24 hours.
Project Terms
Project Initiation: Work will commence upon receiving a detailed project brief and the initial payment or deposit.
Revisions: Up to 3 revisions are included in the project scope. Additional revisions will be charged at $ 0.95 per Hour.
Confidentiality: All project details and client information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Ownership and Rights: Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final deliverables. Source files can be provided upon request.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: Either party can cancel the project with written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
Refunds: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily if the deliverables do not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
