What can I say that I have not already said in my previous reviews of Stardom Technologies work on the Emerald Moving interactive, e-Commerce and indeed personnel management and administration web-site? To look at the site now although not quite ready for Prime time, it is all but complete. I can confidently say, in the best part of 2 decades in the business, this site does what no other Residential Moving website does. It offers the potential customer a user panel experience that basically solves all their moving home problems. I am personally going to take credit for planning and figuring out the details of what the site does down to proprietary algorithms and the business method integrated into the site. That’s my job! However, Stardom and Samuel Bob get all the credit for integrating all of the subtle and interdependent functionalities and features into an amazing web-site. By their own admission it turned out to be quite the challenge and tested their programing ability to its core. Yet they never complained and were very complimentary to me for the direction and instructional material I provided. The user panel experience is flawless minus a few outstanding bugs. It is also comprehensive to the point that it gives the user access to all off our tailored and complementary Products and Services to point of directing the user in choices specific to their unique requirements and at the same time never taking those choices away from the user. The customer is always right! Therein lies the rub. Making the website an even better option for the user than speaking to an experienced representative on the phone has to be the Rosetta stone of any businesses online presence. At Emerald Moving we achieve this goal with this web-site. Granted it is not yet tested in the market place but based on my years of experience in this business I am sure it will deliver and in a way that is consistent with our commitment to quality, value for money and integrity. Commitments that are so often abandoned in the online marketplace. Not only is this website a sophisticated sales and customer service portal it is also a powerful administrative tool. The Admin panel virtually eliminates our administrative overhead making nearly all of the work done at Emerald Moving revenue generating work. This may sound more like I am blowing my own trumpet than praising Stardom Technology. There is a point to the background. It has been my experience that merely hiring a contractor to do a job even doing due diligence, more often than not that just does not cut the mustard. It’s usually a case of over promise and under deliver! Take the money and run! With Stardom the Integrity is palpable! I have been collaborating with this company on this project since February and I can honestly say that I have 100% trust that their no.1 consideration is to deliver on my expectations. There have been setbacks in this complex project and they have been 100% transparent in this regard. No hiding, no excuses and complete explanations. The Scope of the project increased based on open discussion and agreements to include features from phase 2 of the plane into this, phase 1, and the time line extended as a result of the broadening of the scope. This in itself has created its own challenges and delays in meeting the planed date to go live with the site however given the current state of the project weighing the pros and cons its balanced and if best judgment was not exercised at that fork in the road that judgment was mine and not Stardoms so no blame there and as stated the site is all but complete to phase 2 level but for some outstanding bugs. The bottom line is that this website is a sales, Administration, Personal management and logistics tool for Residential Moving Services. It has innovation written all over it! And only a company like Stardom could have handled the unique challenges presented by innovators and/or entrepreneur and have the fortitude to work through the difficulties. If your website needs to look great then I highly recommend Stardom. If the site you plan requires the developer to think outside the box and come up with ways of doing things in a site that has never been done before then Stardom should definitely be on your list of companies to ask. Basically, I am so impressed with Samuel Bob and Stardom Technologies I want them to become partners in my company and essential act as Emerald Moving's IT department taking responsibility for ongoing development of our site, SEO, Hosting, Maintenance, etc. on a permanent bases. I would even consider looking anywhere else! For the Third Time: Stardom Technology, Highly, Capable, Highly Professional and Highly Recommended!
