Manufacturing & Assembling Core Design is one stop center for Mechanical Design and Research and Development.
Graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a title of “Mechanical Engineer in Industrial Robotics and Automation”. After brief mandatory military service, I was employed in 1997 by a forklift distributor and service center as mechanical engineer to assist the technicians in regular maintenance, repair, or rebuilding. Then in 1998 I had the opportunity to move my career trajectory towards the automotive industry. Here I got the chance to design and build automated assembly lines, using a large variety of pneumatic and hydraulic devices and industrial robots. In 2002 I was promoted to Project Manager in charge of complex projects, which gave me the opportunity to travel around the world and bring my expertise to wherever complex situations occurred. Some of the big names in the automotive industry who I managed projects for have included: Maybach, Aston Martin, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Peugeot, Ford and GMC.Limited career options in the automation and robotics field for someone who did not graduate from college in Canada pushed Alex to look for a different type of challenge, one closer to his lifelong love of mechanics. By the end of 2008, I was offered a position as a mechanical engineer in the railway industry, again in a very specialized field related to product lines for maintaining rail tracks. Since then, I have been involved in mechanical and electro-mechanical products selection, and I coordinates the development, verification, and validation of new products before getting approvals for production.
My passion for mechanical and electro mechanical assemblies moved me towards 3D printing, Arduino programing and learning of new skills in simulations.
Work Terms
I am available after 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM. I can be reached by email or Phone (see my website). For all projects I have a standard NDA or I can use the one submited by the client. I can do max 2 hours of work before getting 50% advance on the payment and the rest of 50% at completion of the agreed work.
