About

Very good German texts (translation, proofreading, editing)

I am a native German speaker with very good English. I grew up in Germany and spent most of my life there. Now I live in Ireland. I studied English at school (1 of 2 main subjects) and at university. My other subjects at university were Philosophy and Education, so I know how to write precise and easy-to-understand German texts.
I have been working as a freelancer in Translation and Public Relations since 2013, mostly in social media but also in the health and nature conservation/tourism and legal sector.

Work Terms

I am available part time at the moment but also open to full-time offers. I am available Monday- Friday (occasional weekend work can be discussed). I prefer written communication - I usually find it more effective.
