Having spent over 14 years in the IT field, starting from entry level help-desk to mid-level network administration, I've had to opportunity to work with a wide range of products and solutions that have helped me gain a rich skill set and strong "best practice" methodology and always with a focus on security without compromising good customer service. In my career I've worked in medium-sized companies in various fields such as Finance, Software Development and Manufacturing. These range from local business to global enterprise.

Over the years I've worked in very small teams, often alone which has helped me gain knowledge and experience with various IT solutions, here are some highlights: Mostly Microsoft Environments (Active Directory, servers, workstations, MS Office) with some experience with G Suite from Google and Novell. VMware vSphere for server virtualization. Checkpoint for Firewall, VPN and endpoint security. Kaspersky Security Center for AV management and monitoring. Cisco for routers and switches. Dell SAN EqualLogic for storage and disaster recovery. BackupExec and Veeam for backup solutions.
