Cohesive Cross Cultural Communicator
What will coordinating information across 8 countries teach you? How to communicate cross-culturally.
My history of International Business began at East Carolina University where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. While pursuing my degrees, I completed culture-shock training before my first study abroad in Santander, Spain. After graduating, I began a maritime career with a government contractor dedicated to ship management and chartering for the U.S. Navy. My endeavors included logistic planning, proposal management, expanding services into new markets in other countries, and attaining my Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
In 2013, I completed the International Masters of Business Administration program at the University of South Carolina. During this program, I completed a six-month internship in Brussels, Belgium, managing the design and implementation of a Quality Management System throughout Europe. This internship provided the opportunity for me to coordinate information across countries, establish customer service policies and procedures, increase management visibility into company performance, and present project results to executive management.
I look forward to challenging you and channeling your efforts for maximum effectiveness.
