I have vast working experience in several fields. I started working as a telecommunicator as my first job. I was also exposed to work as an Accounting Assistant in a Pharmaceutical company for 2 years. Though I had a good working experience in my previous job, I had a chance to explore and hone my skills and worked as a sales manager in a Bridal Industry and Publication. My job includes directing and monitoring sales, set appointments to corporate accounts convince advertisers to publish their ads in our magazine, handled Bridal Fair and Fashion Shows, coordinate Weddings and give budget to couples, coordinate different suppliers, conduct Modeling and Team Building Seminars. The bridal industry and publication company was not in good shape so I have to leave. I worked in BPO for 6 yrs in the Philippines in which I started as an agent and reached Quality Assurance and Training Manager position. My job includes Establish QA organization or function, select QA tasks and assign responsibilities, review QA activities and results, identify and select QA training. Objectively evaluate the monitor and control the QA Process, decision Maker/Contingency Plans for both QA and Training, revisit ACCOUNT and TEAM GOALS, address Team Issues and concerns, implement Motivational Strategies, increase output via motivational techniques, side by side monitoring of agent progress, coach and counsel, give assessments/Appraisals, formulate Modules, submit Client Reports, cascade feedback's from the Client, maintain customer service, hit metrics, analyze stats. Then I got an offer to work in China, wherein I worked for 6 yrs in BPO as well. From IT analyst to MIS and to Incident Manager. The main goal of the job is ensure that issues and queries of the customers are handled and resolved. Cascades important information to the business. Monitoring. Incident Logging. My hobbies includes dancing, singing, baking and cooking. I love adventures.

Work Terms

Preferably 4 to 6 hours a day. Communication thru emails or skype if need be.
