Virtual Assistant with a strong work ethic and excellent skill set
I have a background in administration and project management so from my past work experience I have developed excellent communication, organisation and management skills.
I also have an excellent telephone manner and open to liaise with clients in a professional manner if needed.
I do believe maintaining open communication channels is crucial in this working format to ensure tasks are completed correctly, to a high standard and within the agreed timeline.
I am proficient in using Microsoft Office and have the ability to work on my own initiative as well as in a team as and when needed.
Although I am new to the virtual assistant role I have the relevant experience to ensure I am competent in completing tasks/projects and I genuinely have a passion for my line of work.
I am always looking to learn new skills to progress further as a virtual assistant and I am open to constructive criticism where needed but please note I will always put 100% into my work to ensure client demands are met.
Outside of work I enjoy the outdoors and my top hobbies include scuba diving and horse riding!
Work Terms
My key working times are 19:00 - 23:00 Monday - Saturday (GMT time zone), however, I can be flexible around these times depending on the project type and duration.
My preferred payment method is via paypal, however, I will also accept BACS.
