I spent 5 years working as an Executive Management Assistant in a private investment bank in London. Working directly for the Head of the UK bank I performed all aspects of an EA role, as well as maintaining Management Information, running two networking groups across London, organising events and writing speeches.

For the last 5 years I have worked in Human Resources for a global telecoms company based in London. Initially as an EA to 2 global HR Directors, I was quickly promoted to an Implementation Specialist in HR Operations. I was assigned to a project to create and roll out a global document management system (26 countries). I was responsible for working with directly with the markets, gathering the tax, legal and statutory requirements and managing the change, comms and training for the roll out. This included creating an implementation plan, and comms plan (and stakeholder map), creating training documentation (user guides, quick reference guides, how to videos) and delivering classroom training.

I was then promoted to Implementation Specialist Team Leader and I ran a team of 15 Implementation Specialists covering a programme of over approx 20 global projects. I managed both change, comms and training Implementations Specialists and Technical Implementation Specialists who were responsible for the development and testing of the systems we rolled out into each market. I also contributed to the capacity planning and strategy and global roll out strategy as part of the Programme Management Team.

Work Terms

Work hours are flexible and can be agreed per project. Max 21 per week.
Email/Skype/FaceTime comms is fine.
