Stephen's professional path is a testament to his diverse skill set and his dedication to research, innovation, and personal growth.
At the Institute for Liberty and Policy Innovation, he held the pivotal role of Head of Research from March 2023 to November 2022. In this capacity, Stephen was entrusted with leading research-related programmes, developing research instruments, training enumerators for data collection, and meticulously analysing and interpreting data.
His journey with the institute also includes a previous role as a research assistant, where he honed his research acumen and played a key role in conducting, monitoring, and supervising research projects during a 3-month internship in 2019.
At the DS Research Hub, Stephen thrived as a researcher. His responsibilities included guiding and assisting students in their research endeavours, particularly thesis projects.
His tenure at the renowned Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) was marked by his dedication as a research and teaching assistant. Here, he supported his supervisor in research activities and lecture preparations, and he organised tutorials to enhance students' understanding of their courses.
At DS Collections, he served as a personal assistant, showcasing his versatility in digital marketing, business advisory, and research. His passion for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises also led him to a rewarding internship at the NBSSI (BAC), where he worked as an assistant administrator and business advisor.
In the dynamic field of telecommunications, Stephen took on the role of sales manager, further broadening his professional horizons.

Education:
Stephen has pursued knowledge by attending prestigious institutions and obtaining online certifications. He graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with a BA in Sociology, earning a well-deserved 2nd Class Upper degree.
Complementing his academic foundation, Stephen pursued a range of online certifications, including Negotiation from the United States Institute of Peace, Financial Globalisation, Capital Flow, and Global Financial Cycle from the ADB Institute, Introduction to Business Management from Kings College London, Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage, and Communication and Interpretation Skills at Work from the University of Leeds.
Additionally, his academic journey began at Sokode Senior High Technical School, where he studied business (accounting).
