I am both a researcher and a story teller. Let me tell your story and/or write your article in a manner that will enhance your product or service, as well as your industry status.
I began my writing career as an Editorial Assistant on "Shopping Center World" magazine. I rose through the ranks at Communication Channels to become an Editor and Publisher ("National Real Estate Investor") and ultimately the Editorial Director of the corporation. I subsequently joined a local PR company as Executive Vice President and then formed my own firm, ranking among the "Top 25" in Atlanta for several years. For the past 20 years I have freelanced for publications in industrial and office real estate, health care quality, employee health, emergency department management, electronic medical records, and technology marketing and commercialization. I live in Loudon, TN (just south of Knoxville). I am married to my wife of 40 years, with two sons and one granddaughter. I am a musician, playing piano and guitar as well as singing, and I perform local gigs. I am a spiritual and religious man, often running services for a small group here in our community. I am physically active, working out at the gym several times a week, attending yoga classes and line dancing. I am a stickler for being on time -- thus my strong dedication to meeting deadlines.
Work Terms
I am available when and as needed. My quoted hourly rate is $25; however, I will often consider and discuss with clients the agreed-upon value of a project and bill on that basis. I communicate most often via e-mail or phone, but I also text and, as owner of a MAC, communicate via Facetime as well. I am certainly open to Skype if that is your preferred method of communication. I have a Vonage phone, which enables me to conduct interviews anywhere in the world.
