When customers win, I win. My desire is to resolve customer concerns successfully, and in so doing allow for a positive contribution to the bottom line of any company I am linked with to support.
My ability to learn is quick. My empathy for chat callers has been shaped by experiencing a lack of support ability in companies I have dealt with to resolve my own issues. This resulted in my seeking a way to use my personal skills and experiences into transforming the way the consumer resolves problems.
Chat support can be as personal as staring someone in the eye if done properly. This I can accomplish.
Over several decades of marketing work, I have verbally trained a myriad of characters to become successful in their sales endeavors. Most of the work has been over the phone, and I developed an initial chat procedure for the company I was employed with and launched that program for yet another way to reach my audience. It became a template for growth, and continues to this day as an alternative to other types of interaction.
I am skilled at telephone, personal and typed (chat) styles of conversation. Results will show once engaged.
