I began my career as a Commis Chef within Nairobi after attaining a Higher National Diploma in culinary arts and eventually chose to pursue a double concentration in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Hospitality Planning and Development at the United States International University Nairobi. I felt that having just a diploma in culinary arts may limit my overall skillset. Through my coursework and various internships I am now able to interact with people of different cultures and have cultivated the necessary discipline and linguistic style required to meet online writing project deadlines that are not just limited to travel and tourism.
Work Terms
Highly flexible working hours with minimal complaints. Preferred method of payment is M-Pesa if not arrangements can be made using Skrill. Communication can happen through emails with quick response or phone call in case there is a need of prompt review or updating of work.
