I am currently employed as a Plant Controller at Bamburi Cement Limited. My key work deliverable is availing good quality information for decision making, through accurate production planning and forecasting, challenging the plant on production efficiency, controls and plant expenditure to ensure continuous improvement and risk management. Previously I have held roles in two of the subsidiaries of Bamburi Cement as a Plant Controller and a Business Analyst, where I was in charge of the Finance controlling duties including preparation and presentation of financial management reports to the respective boards of the subsidiaries.
I am currently at an advanced stage in obtaining a Master’s of Business Administration degree with full Certified Public Accountant-CPA (K) qualifications. I also have a BSc. Mechanical Engineering degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology.
I am an excellent communicator with advanced skills in people management as well as the ability to successfully work in a team. I am self-motivated, innovative, curious, independent and adaptable. I am honest and God fearing.
