Stephen Chovu Mwangombe, is an expert Virtual Assistant, Project Management and an Executive Customer Support and Service Specialist with over 7 years of professional experience in these fields.

Whenever I got discouraged in my studies, the words of my favorite college instructor ''Sky is Not the Limit, Space is'' kept me grounded, which is how I made it through studies and even the tough times in college.

I believe in time management and accuracy and this is why I developed a system that reduced the payroll processing time by two hours when working with Placidway Medical Tourism.

I enjoy taking photographs of nature, the horizon and I like traveling during my vacations to see the world.
I am in charge of our community program called The Green Future which is responsible for Tree Planting within our community and Neighbourhood once every month.

I pride myself in my organizational, creativity and problem-solving skills. I am able to keep things organized, accurate and neat, and therefore I get more work accomplishments, task completed in a short time and meet deadlines. I am also able to focus on my work, I don’t easily get distracted and this makes my performance very high. I spend more time than necessary on tasks that could easily be distributed to someone else in the office; therefore I overdo getting the work done ahead of time. However, I am excellent at meeting deadlines, and with my attention to detail, I know my work is correct. I also used to like to work on one project to its completion before starting on another, but I've learned to multi-task better. I think it allows me to be more creative and effective in each one.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kenyatta and I am also a Certified Public Accountant.

I am proficient at analyzing information good work ethics and professionalism. I resolve problems through coordination of the administrative process, preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
I am also well equipped with teamwork skills; I have the ability to work well with others while pursuing a common goal and also working with minor supervision.
I listen to instructions and act on those instructions with minimal guidance. I am able to speak, write, and listen effectively, organize my thoughts logically, and talk out clearly.
