I have a master's degree in library and information science and deep expertise in web, database, and print research gained while working as a researcher at Crain's New York Business and ABC News, where I researched topics including hospital administrator salaries, civil engineering firms, Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts, avian flu, wars, and climate change. I've also completed numerous freelance research and writing projects.
