With 12 years IT support experience, I am customer focused as well as technically proficient. I have a can do attitude and strong work ethic.

I have been working in IT for the past 12 years, starting from help-desk support all the way to solely supporting the whole IT infrastructure for my employer in a medium-sized business.

I have a strong work ethic and have a can do attitude.

I am known for being a very pleasant person to work with, a good team player as well as the ability to work independently to attain results.
