Carter Technology Solutions started out with researching and developing, our goal was to create our own effective methods in the areas of Web Development, S.E.O / S.E.M, app development, traffic attracting, website monetization, content, placement, intelligence gather, data mining, cyber security, programming, online reputation management, content management and so much more. CTS is made up of several different types of IT geeks starting with the owner being a former special ops soldier for the army, the lead programmer being a hackathon/linux freak, and the other 5 members of the team do such services as social media hosting, design branding,Research and Development, content management, programming in multiple areas and most importantly we all believe in the same thing being creative, making our clients happy, and last but not least ensuring quality at a great rate.

Work Terms
Hours of operation:
Monday through Saturday: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm ( Sundays are an off day )
Depending on the job we can alter our schedule to speed up the process or to be able to make sure expected deadlines are not an issue.
Payment Terms: We ask for 15% - 20% up front and the rest when the job is finished. Payment methods we accept are Guru's payment method,Paypal, safepay, and in some instances we can accept wire transfers.
Rates: Our rates vary by the job for example if you ask for our website service to develop a small wordpress site about your cat with 3 pages then we will charge something like that by the hour, as to where a large company website or service we would charge by the project, that keeps the prices fair and usually below market rate. Hourly rates vary as well inquire for more details.
Additional notes: Communication on both ends is the most important thing we ask for. We need to know that we are on point with what you have requested and we like to have constant updates so we can make sure your item or service is 110% quality.
