I have the ability to bring people together to build strong teams that get work done efficiently. These people, myself included, write nothing but SOLID object-oriented c#/VB .NET software

My hobbies include C#, C++, Java, and just fun development in general. I started in 1998 with web development using html, javascript, and ASP/VB; then worked into asp.NET/C#, and eventually grew a passion for backend development. I like to say, "If you don't have the time to do it right, how will you have the time to do it over?"

The biggest fear about using Agile/SCRUM Methodologies is the time it takes for a team to learn the process. A lot of time can pass by while people learn how to use SCRUM. But me and my team have gotten over that hump and are now very efficient using this Agile methodology.

Work Terms

We typically perform work from 8am through 7pm CST. Though our hours regularly extend beyond that depending on timed application schedules or customer demands. We communicate mostly through email to provide documentation of discussions, or through Phone/Personal Conference which ends up with a minutes report through Email anyway. Payment terms are flexible but typically includes some form of good faith payment up front. We prefer scheduled payments before each SCRUM Cycle.
