Currently living in Acworth, GA, Steven has been in the Customer Service realm since his first job at the age of 16, bagging groceries at the local grocery store. He learned very quickly how to “Listen” to the customer and how to determine their needs. Steven has been tending to client’s needs on the phone, at one level of Customer service or another, since 2000. Either Client Services, Software Support or Software Analyst.
With his technical background he can provide you with a solid read for your technical training videos because he understand the language.
Steven is an avid outdoorsman with a love of all things outdoors: hunting, fishing, camping, backpacking and just about anything outdoors. If he hasn’t done it, he has wanted to and hasn’t had the time or the opportunity yet.
