Managing and troubleshooting of multi vendors TDM/VoIP Gateway Switches like Siemens EWSD, Huawei NGN,GENBAND/Nextone, Sonus NGN, Telastic Broder controller, IP-Smarx, VOS Switch, ZTE,Cisco,VoIP Switch,Openser, Asterisk, Freeswitch, ACME Packet, Voice Master, Portaone,PBX,Diallers and Carrier Exchange.
[]Configuration Management: Softswitch/Gateway installation,software & hardware upgrade,
defining SIP Trunk, SS7 trunk,IMT's,New interconnect, Create re-sellers, customers, assign phone numbers to accounts,Level/Prefix configuration,defining dialing rules.
[]Fault-Management: Monitoring the live network by using various tools like netmanger/imanger,GUI's,wireshark traces,Call Monitor tracer,Softswitch & Gateway alarm monitoring, Health checkup,CDR backup.
[]Network Planning: Design support for customers to review new requirements, create upgrade configurations and changes to existing configurations as per business needs in VOIP/TDM platform like capacity,traffic,trunk,cost,quality etc.
[]Performance Management: Implementing QOS, identify service providers, determine interconnection types and call technologies, identify scalability issues, Daily-Weekly-Monthly monitoring and controlling the various elements in QOS like ASR,ACD,NER,PDD etc.

Work Terms
Engineering and NOC Support VOIP/TDM network on both the module:
a) 24X7 Hrs, 365 Days
b) 8X5 Hrs, only Business Days(Mon-Fri)
We also providing Sales,CRM and account management kind of support.
Rates: Between 10-30$ hourly basis
