In the IT field, my first step was in 2006, in Canada, at Arvato. That was a good experience. Since and until now, I can't stop.
I was working at Bell Internet, Bell Canada. And I got a call from a customer. I greeted her with the script and put myself in troubleshooting mode.
When she asked me: " Do you know when Microsoft is coming to fix my computer? It's been a while I am waiting for them.
---I said Madam: "I am sorry to tell you that Microsoft is a company, not a technician.
---She said, really!
---Yes, Madam
And she said thank you. Then I asked her if she was waiting for a technician.
She answered me yes. Immediately, I gave her the service she needed.
And there is this customer who gave me a call at almost the end of my shit.
The call got in and I answered with a greeting.
---Oh yeah, I was on the website. I tried to log in and it said my password is not working. Please contact your service provider.
---I asked him, Sir, which password is not working: Internet or Email.
---Well, the one to connect. It said the password is not good, contact my service provider.
---I have the feeling that he is not at all on our website. I asked him, sir, can you please tell me the name of the website you want to access?
---Arrogantly, he answered me: Oh, of course, that's your website. He said, it's a porn website.
---I said, sir, you are not on our website at all. We don't have a porn site.
