Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I operate from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3.00 PM (Eastern Standard Time). However, I'm flexible and can accommodate different time zones upon request for urgent projects or consultations.

Preferred Communication Style:
I prefer clear and concise communication for non-urgent inquiries and updates. This allows for a documented record of discussions and ensures efficient correspondence. For more immediate or complex matters, I am available for scheduled phone calls or virtual meetings via platforms such as Zoom or Skype. I value open communication and encourage clients to provide feedback throughout the project to ensure alignment with their expectations and goals.

Payment Terms:
For projects under a certain duration or scope, payment is typically due upon completion and delivery of final project files.
For larger or long-term projects, a milestone-based payment structure may be implemented, with agreed-upon payments at key project milestones. Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, or other secure online payment platforms. Invoices will be provided for all services rendered, outlining the scope of work, agreed-upon fees, and payment due date. A deposit may be required for new clients or for projects exceeding a certain duration to secure commitment and initiate work.
