Delivering quality jobs as per schedule

Hi, I'm working in this industry for last 16 years, among those years I'm doing jobs in Tekla for last 11 years (North American Standard using AISC standard). During this time I've worked mainly for a Canadian Detailing company, called DOWCO CONSULTANTS LTD. Now me and some of my friends have made a set up to do Steel detailing jobs in Tekla. So we're inviting all our willing clients to give us the opportunity to work with them.

Work Terms

First we quote for the jobs according to the bid set, received from our customer. After getting the job, we prepare 3D model and 2D drawings (Assembly & Erection) as per our customer's standard. Then we send our drawings for approver's review according to the schedule provided by our customer. At this time we need to receive our first part payment (approximately 60% of the total project cost).
After receiving the drawing sets back from approval, we prepare those drawings for shop by following the approver's comments (if any). During this period we need the remaining 40% payment.
