Project: Anglo American Transition State to Steady state (Mining Project)
Tools used: Service Now(SNOW), NimSoft, Spectrum(Alert Monitoring Tools)
Currently Working on all BT raised Change Requests and all BT Change managements
Receive all BT RFC in a defined Template and Initiate all the BT Major, Minor Change requests in service now Tool
Review the Change quality by assessing the Technical Risk and Business risks for all changes implemented by BT and coordinating with BT Change managers .
Track all the details of Planned start and Planned End time Taking Service Owner approval and close all the UAT and test for all Minor and Major Changes Track Changes in Change Calendar and Change Freeze and Non Freeze periods
Seeking GIMC approval for the normal changes during the Change Freeze periods also updating the same in the Change tickets
Cancelling the Change if delayed due to any reason with appropriate justification and coordinate with BT Change managers
