Work Terms

Work Hours & Availability:

• Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT). Flexible hours can be arranged for clients in different time zones or urgent requirements.
• Weekend Availability: We are available for urgent requests with prior notice.

Payment Terms:

• Payment Structure: For fixed-price projects, payment is split into milestones based on project phases or deliverables. For hourly projects, payments are invoiced bi-weekly based on actual hours worked.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Guru’s SafePay, PayPal, or bank transfer (for larger projects).
• Late Payment: Late payments may incur a fee, and work may be paused until payment is received.

Communication:

• Primary Channels: We prefer Guru’s messaging system for project discussions. For real-time communication, we are available via Slack, Skype, or Zoom.
• Updates: Expect bi-weekly progress updates to keep you informed of project status.

Project Timelines:

• After project confirmation, we provide an estimated timeline with milestones. We strive to meet deadlines and will notify you of any necessary adjustments.
• Delays due to client feedback or unforeseen issues will be communicated promptly.

Revisions & Feedback:

• 2 rounds of revisions are included in the initial quote. Additional revisions will be billed separately at an hourly rate.
• Clear, consolidated feedback is appreciated to ensure smooth progress and avoid delays.

Confidentiality:

• All project files and communications will remain confidential. NDAs can be signed for added security.
