Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available for work from 9 AM to 6 PM (GMT+5:30), Monday to Friday. I am flexible and can accommodate urgent tasks or weekend projects by prior arrangement.

Payment Terms: Payments are processed via PayPal or Bank Transfer. For new clients, a 50% advance is required before starting the project, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery and approval of the final video. For repeat clients, I offer more flexible terms.

Preferred Communication Style: I prefer to communicate through email for detailed discussions and project briefs. For quick updates or queries, WhatsApp or Skype can be used. I strive to reply within 24 hours during business days.

Revisions: I offer up to 2 rounds of revisions for each project. Additional revisions will be charged based on the scope of changes required. I always aim to ensure the final product matches your vision.

Delivery Time: Depending on the complexity and length of the video, the typical turnaround time is 2-3 days. For urgent tasks, I can provide expedited service for an additional fee.

Collaboration and Feedback: I encourage open collaboration throughout the editing process to ensure the video aligns with your goals. Your feedback is essential to the success of the project, and I make it a priority to meet your expectations.

Cancellation Policy: If a project needs to be canceled, a 30% fee will be charged for work already completed. For cancellation requests made before the start of editing, the advance will be refunded in full
