Work Terms
At Paradox International Ltd, we prioritize professionalism, transparency, and client satisfaction. Our work terms are designed to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Project Scope & Agreement
Each project begins with a detailed discussion to define the scope, deliverables, timeline, and costs. A formal agreement outlining these aspects will be signed before any work commences.
Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% is required upfront to initiate the project.
For long-term projects, payments are typically split into milestones, with 30% due upfront, 30% midway, and 40% upon project completion.
All payments must be made within 14 days of invoicing.
Working Hours
We operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT). Urgent or after-hours work is available by prior arrangement and may incur additional fees.
Communication
We maintain regular communication through mail, virtual meetings, and messaging platforms. Clients will receive weekly progress updates and can schedule meetings as needed.
Revisions
Our projects include up to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions may incur extra charges based on the complexity.
Confidentiality
We respect our clients' confidentiality and ensure that all sensitive information shared with us is protected. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed if requested.
Ownership of Work
Upon full payment, clients will receive full ownership of all completed deliverables, including code, designs, and related assets.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for the work completed up to that point.
Support & Maintenance
Post-project support is available upon request. We also offer ongoing maintenance services, which can be discussed and agreed upon separately.
