Introduction Welcome to Nous Infotech. These terms cover our hours of operation, payment policies, and communication methods for a smooth partnership.

Hours of Operation

Standard Hours: Mon-Fri: 9 AM - 6 PM, Sat: 10 AM - 4 PM (IST), Sun: Closed.
Support: Mon-Fri: 6 PM - 9 PM, Sat: 4 PM - 6 PM (IST). Additional support may be arranged with extra fees.
Holidays: National holidays (Republic Day, Independence Day, Diwali, etc.) and company holidays for events/training.
Payment Terms

Pricing: Options include Fixed Price (set amount for defined projects), Hourly Rate (for flexible needs), and Milestone Payments (for large projects).
Payment Schedule: 30% deposit to start, 40% at milestones, and 30% upon completion.
Invoicing: Includes a breakdown of services and accepted payment methods (bank transfer, PayPal).
