I studied my bachelor's degree of Trade at Jeonbuk National University. After the graduation, I joined a private institute to teach English to middle, and high school students for 2 years.
Later, I started to work at customer service center of KT, one of biggest cellphone providers in Korea.I worked at there for 2 years, and then moved to World Vision Korea. World Vision Korea is a non-governmental organization that helps poor and weak children in developing countries. At World Vision Korea, I was in charge of teaching new comers to our customer service team.

Work Terms
I am a full-time freelancer, and I am available for 30 hours/a week.
