• More than 5 years of experience in CRM development with around 4 years in Salesforce.com CRM and 1 year in Siebel CRM.
• Salesforce DEV 401 certified Force.com developer.
• Can efficiently map client/ business critical requirements to solutions that are industry specific and easy to deploy.
• In depth experience and significant knowledge in developing and designing public sites hosted on Force.com sites.
• Comprehensive understanding of CRM business processes like Campaign Management, Lead Management, Account Management, Case Management and other Sales and Service cloud features.
• Experience in working with Force.com platform, Eclipse, Force.com IDE, Apex Data loader, Customer Portal, and Partner Portal.
• Experience in migrating changes using Change sets and Force.com IDE.
• Core competencies consists of :
- Salesforce.com administration including workflow automation, approval process, security & sharing, setting up roles & profiles, data modelling.
- Salesforce development including development of visual force pages, controllers, extensions, Visual force components, triggers for various custom VF pages and customer/Partner portals.
• Experience in Siebel 7.5, 8.0, 8.1 with hands on project experience in Configuration, eScripting, Workflows and EIM.
• Experience with implementing Desk.com.
• Experience with SVN, Adobe Site Catalyst (Omniture).
• Experience with mass mailing platform – Marketo.
