+ Overall 15+ years of total IT experience with 4+ years as a dedicated professional with JIRA with an excellent knowledge and background working with such programs as JIRA Agile, JIRA Capture, JIRA Portfolio, JIRA Service Desk, and a large variety of other programs/plugins and 3+ as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

+ Implemented Continuous Integration and Continuous deployment using various CI Tools like Jenkins, Hudson, and Bamboo.
+ Experience with Java/ JavaScript / Web HTML technologies. Defined and configured workflow models in the projects
+ Having knowledge and good experience in computer applications and scripting like Shell, Python, Ruby, and JavaScript.
+ Experience in writing/building/integrating custom modules for JIRA/Confluence
